The Chornobyl stand, thanks to the modern technology, became the most popular one at the International Exhibition at the IAEA

The stand of the State Agency of Ukraine on Exclusion Zone Management set records at an international exhibition within the framework of the 62nd IAEA General Conference. On the first day it was attended by more than 2000 guests who were actively interested in the Chornobyl exposition.

«This is our first experience of participating in such large-scale projects, and I am pleased that we were able worthily represent Ukraine at the UN platform in Vienna. Chornobyl is really a national territory of change, where the latest technologies are developing, and I hope that our high-tech stand will change the image of Ukraine in the world for the better», – Vitalii Petruk, Head of SAUEZM, says.

The guests of the exhibition were pleasantly impressed by the opportunity to look under New Safe Confinement, also known as the «new sarcophagus», in the 360о format and to look at the details of the object with the app of the added reality «Арка AR». In addition, the stand provides an opportunity for all wishing to make a virtual tour to the most interesting places of the Exclusion Zone, including the ChNPP industrial site, the city of Prypiat and many other locations.

P.S.: Some of the presented projects are already openly available. You can download the «Арка AR» application and the NSC Arch and Sarcophagus will appear on your desktop in a matter of seconds!
